Default RAF Upper Heyford Aug '11

While waiting for my new camera to arrive I went out with a friend's one and decided to see what I could do with it before I get my own example.

Upper Heyford has been on here loads so won't bore you with the details, but we were limited to the far corners of the site today due to half of it being full of police training! Was still a nice relaxed wander and allowed me to experiment with the camera properly...

Loads more pics here, I went a bit snap-happy.

About us
DerelictPlaces is a forum for people with an interest in the history and documentation of disused, derelict and abandoned buildings to come together and share their experiences, photography and historical findings. Our military, industrial and historical heritage is fast disappearing under the pressure of regeneration, the need for new housing, and often through simple neglect; Our aim is to document these places before they disappear entirely.
