One that's been done to death all over the place.

Dropped down here on my way through to check out some other sites and do some recces.

In short: it was constructed in the late 1800s. In WWII it was modernized and better guns were installed and a deep shelter was added to one of the magazines. In more recent times, along with many of the other relics in the area, it has become a notorious dogging spot!

Nice Type 23 pillbox on site. Quite unusual so I've heard.
