March 2017.
Bear with me as I am new to posting things so if I get something wrong - feel free to point it out!
Everyone knows the history of Nocton Hall so I wont bore you with details. My 18 year old niece is doing her A levels and asked us if we would take her there to get some pictures. I visited it a few years ago when I was less agile following spinal surgery and hadnt actually been inside so I was keen to do it.
There is a lot more fencing around the site now and covering a wider area than previously, obviously to deter people. The weather was pretty good and light was bright which helped as its pretty dark in there below ground level, however, torches and careful walking ensured we got the shots we wanted. Hope the pictures below are ok - I certainly enjoyed doing them and now want to get out more and explore again. Thanks for looking. Caz
