Arrow UKWMO Sector 10 Filter Block, Goosnargh, Sept 2007

Visted this place again today with Ultra and BigJobs (top day guys hats off to the next one).

Spent quite some time light painting (running arounds like retards with torches :thumb), goit some cracking shots, see below:

Due to the serious lack of natural light inside this bunker, almost all the pics have been light painted in one way or another, great practise for the most fun you can have with a torch.

I think that Ultra went flying across the floor on his arse whilst running around for this one

Mega fun in this place guys, top scores all round :thumb

Nice shots... Is this the bunker on the main Longridge road before the Horns pub Between Chingle Hall and Guild Park?

Yes, there is an area actually called Goosnargh, if you whack that into FlashEarth "Goosnargh, Preston" it should land almost right on top of it, however, I believe (not 100%) that the bunker has now been sold off and will become an ecohome

About us
DerelictPlaces is a forum for people with an interest in the history and documentation of disused, derelict and abandoned buildings to come together and share their experiences, photography and historical findings. Our military, industrial and historical heritage is fast disappearing under the pressure of regeneration, the need for new housing, and often through simple neglect; Our aim is to document these places before they disappear entirely.
