Default Roydon Cold War Heavy Anti Aircraft Gun Site - Old House Lane

    Evening all

Stumbled across this forum this afternoon so thought id sign up. Was exploring where I live earlier today and found the Cold War Anti Aircraft Gun Site in Roydon.

Found an old thread on here from about 10 years from Cane and Bradleigh1977 but it was locked, so thought Id start a new one, and get you guys some photos this weekend.

Watch this space. Any history on this site in Roydon would be greatly appreciated too, as Ive lived here since my childhood and only just found it!

    Hi Mate
Do you have a location for this place - it might be the 1950`s Halls Green HAA battery.

About us
DerelictPlaces is a forum for people with an interest in the history and documentation of disused, derelict and abandoned buildings to come together and share their experiences, photography and historical findings. Our military, industrial and historical heritage is fast disappearing under the pressure of regeneration, the need for new housing, and often through simple neglect; Our aim is to document these places before they disappear entirely.
