[not strictly decay, Ok here though, I think? I couldn't see a high stuff sub-forum so I thought misc suited best?]

A brilliant evening with Gary, on a nice little climb.

"Watching Gary, watching them..."

A 19 floor tower block, the marketing bullshit says this:

The City Peninsula has been designed to a criteria of architectural brilliance - a fusion of striking elevations, cascading green façades and soaring levels culminating in spectacular views over the sweeping curve of the Thames. The development offers a stunning mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, together with three triple level town houses. All living space has a balcony, terrace or spectacular winter garden combination. At 17th level, two superlative penthouse suites rise a further two levels to a mezzanine 19th floor, each with private roof gardens and breathtaking 360º panoramic views across London’s skyline. With every emphasis on strong sustainability, all apartments have been designed to an EcoHomes ‘excellent’ rating and a four star code for sustainable home rating. This landmark development will not only provide the first apartments for Greenwich Peninsula, but an architectural statement driven by sheer innovation, eco-sensitivity and the knowledge that every apartment will set unprecedented levels of luxurious living for one of London’s greatest new districts.

Wow. That really was bullshit. Glad that's out the way!

Now topped out at 19 floors, we cracked on with this worryingly/hilariously easy explore...

"Down on the Thames Barrier"

It was a windy night up here. My high exploits are a constant reminder that the Manfrotto Modo Mini isn't exactly the most stable 'pod... let alone the tallest. I really need to invest.

"Shooting shots of Gary and I..."

Looking out across at the towers. A stunning view, and one I always fail to capture to my full satisfaction. That said, definitely my latest and greatest attempt. I always wish I was around to hit these when they were being built. Would have been amazing!

"The cluster of finance"

Wrapping up, before the stairwells and scaff to exit, here's Gary, making a photo-picture!

"Say cheese!"

Good pics mate! Will have to get round to doing some high stuff soon as i would just love to see the views! also i imagine you get a remarkable sense of achievement looking back as you walk away from the building you climbed!

Anyway great explore mate. :D

How can both gardens be private if they each have 360 deg views? Now that is what I call innovative design!
