We went down last night to get some shots whilst a ghost hunting group had access to the building.
Apparently (according to the poster in the toilet) it was voted as the 'most haunted place in the UK' But I didn't get any ghoully vibes!!
Anyway, I know this is a museum and I know some peoples views on posting these type of sites, but it's a little different to what I usually do and armed with an arsenal of flashlights we made the most of it!

The courtrooms date back to the 14th century and the gaol dates back to at least 1449. The prisons are still there. There was also a working police station from 1905 to 1985, and the courts closed in 1991.
The museum is housed in what was once a fully functioning Victorian courtroom and claims to be "The only site in the country where you could be arrested, sentenced and executed."
