a huge site spanning over 5 floors and much to look at, including the oldest boiler in belfast if i remember rightly i managed to get into the building before it was closed to the public and get some images, now closed and abandoned, due to the opening of titanic quarter zapping all funding I'm sure, it will probably to run into a state of dis-repair or would make a nice hotel in my opinion
