First report, here it goes....:D

Had been on a day trip to Wales, exploring non the less and decided to call by the ship on the way back. Have been once before, without camera though....so I was very excited this time.
You all know the history surrounding her...will still post links though.

That website is pretty cool. Gallery six has some awesome inside shots too.

Was in no way going to go on board this bad boy. There are a lot of whispers that the ship has a future of being opened again and that the owners are living on board, so, out of respect, I stayed on my little footpath.

There was a hub of activity going on inside today as well. A white van was parked up, doors to the ship open too. A chainsaw noise echoed from within. Intelligence I received proves that this is all above board (no pun intended ;)). We saw a bloke walking on the dock side and asked if we could have a mood inside, of course the answer was no. Pushing our luck we asked what was going on inside, we got told to research online. So I did. Came across the facebook page they have..,also a hub of energy! It looks like this ship may have a future after all.

I did try to resize all images to 800 but for some reason some where not doing it, even after i re-resized them.
How did I do?

Thanks for that and welcome to the forum. It's a good job you didn't try getting on board as the owners don't seem to ask questions before they lash out. Past explorers have gotten on but I think the number of assaults and aggresive behaviour reports have been practically one for one. To be honest I have even heard of them getti ng nasty with people who were no closer than you.

There's one episode of the BBC's "Coast" which has film shot inside the ship so maybe a thorough YouTube search will throw it up? I only found this though - [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yXfN0ioP7oI[/ame]

Enjoy the forum... :)

Great pics, especially like the colours of the rust.

I have just read the whole 32 pages of the PDF on the duke of Lancaster website. Obviously I can only go on the word of the author (although it is obviously well researched), but it would appear that the council there is rather corrupt indeed!

Lol after reading the title, I was expecting a pub!
Lovely photos, thanks for sharing! :)
