I am always passing this building in Widnes, as it says above the door, "Originally constructed in 1899 as the towns poor relief hall.
This building was completely renovated & reopened by the mayor of Halton, Councillor W Flynn on July 19th 1990 as the
Widnes community support centre."

It's a good start :)
Welcome.
Are there plenty more places near you to report on?

I have made another report under the industrial section " GS building". A great interior from the look of it used to be some test center garage. Thanks for the reply UE-OMJ
