ok, so for my second post of the night, this one is no more exciting than the previous i'm afraid. these pics are a couple of months old now, and really just 'snap' reference shots for my night photography, but thought i'd pop them up here anyway.

i passed this on the way to picking up my friend on route to the airport for a trip to the states, and thought it was best not to stop to shoot it. however, i did anyway, leaving a suitcase, passport, tickets, etc, in the motor, and checking it out.
there was a cellar, but i decided that due to having to fly to Arizona in a few hours, and no-one knowing i was here, that i would leave it alone.

this pub is trashed, and there is now talk of it being made into a a hotel. i think it has been stood derelict for about 8 years.

again, apologies that it is less than inspiring, and i promise there will be some good stuff approaching in the near future!

I know the one, I got in there before that was trashed as well years ago :)

I think the horse and groom closed in 2002? Had a half decent caravan in the garden I saw go up in flames on my way back home one night....

Good work fella!

i photographed the petrol station at night once, but was 'sloppy', and someone was sleeping inside one of the doors at the back. my camera flash woke him (that and me pushing the door blindly into his sleeping mass). it was a nightmare trying to make a speedy exit with the piles of menacingly sharp and/or slippery junk everywhere.

Thats very local to me, I've been in there a few times too. The cellar is small but very solid.

ahhh yes, I know it well....drove past it last week

I got pictures from when it had only just closed, then overnight a hug magnet drew all the steel and copper into a big pick up truck! Now look at it!

And, seeing as its been closed for about ten years, its no wonder they ceased trading charging that much for ham, egg and chips.....

Not very good I am afraid... This is all I have on the mobile :)

It was sealed well at this point except for some squatters on the top floor so I respected their privacy and never entered, If I find the internals I did at a later date I will post them for you, its the same inside TBH just not as messy.

thanks for this, by the looks of things, even the outside of this building has suffered badly since these shots were taken.
