I bumbled past this place quite by chance and thankfully had the camera in the car, having wandered in from the back I had no idea security had a caravan on site and that it was directly across from the very busy central police station... more on this later!!

The site is enormous... I unfortunately arrived at 3pm just as it was going dark so had to shoot at a noisy 3200 ISO, sorry. I only got around two thirds of the buildings but its a superb explore and will definitely be going back... all the buildings are interconnected so once your in you just go from one huge area to another and there's so much to see.

So why did I have to rush off after 90 minutes? Heading up the stairs from the main reception towards the newest block at the front I heard some clattering and banging. Crouching and looking through the glass doors I suddenly saw a red rubber ball come flying down the hall... followed by a spaniel!!! The police dog unit were training search dogs... thankfully I was already half way down the stairs and getting the hell out lol... covert was out the window, I was running like the clappers! So just a heads up, your probably safe in the older blocks as there's glass everywhere so cant imagine they would send dogs in there... but maybe keep clear of the block at the front!

Anyway, on with the photos:

A great place, just watch out for spaniels!

Another great set of images there! At least the dog was a spaniel, could have been worse lol!

Cheers for posting these up :)

Great pics! Haha, you definately went on the wrong day! At least you can laugh about it now because you escaped unscathed:)

...or take a few red rubber balls with you to throw in a different direction

Great report :)

i really enjoyed doing this one..and youve captured it so well..good one :)

Thanks for all the kind comments... I wont be going into any buildings without a pork pie in my pocket in future... there isn't a spaniel on earth can resist a pork pie.. should give me a two minute head start minimum lol :D
