Sounds like a pretty intense explore :)

Isn't it a bit spooky being in empty places like that?

The access was a bit more on edge than your usual hoiking yourself in through an open window, but once off the tracks and on the concourse it was pretty chilled out. Exit was fun, the derelict station is located directly beneath the still active Bay station (hence the name), so all the while you're down there you can hear trains passing above. Exit was via a fire door a top an emergency staircase, it only opens from the derelict side, having no handles or signage on the other side which sees you coming out onto the platform of the active Bay Station above. Got a couple of odd looks as we emerged from an unmarked door looking a bit filthy with rucksacks on backs! :) Again that is in direct sight of the active platforms CCTV so you have to make a sharp exit from Bay.

I don't usually care for such annoying additions to an explore, the CCTV, running down live subway tunnels etc, but in this case it made what is essentially a small derelict subway station somewhat more of an adventure.

In London probably get shoot now, old days 1990 never had a had any fear of tube walking. (Gloster Road)

Photos look like the station is in the NY

Whats the situation with regards to not getting electrocolocuted?

Bloody great explore that. Nicely done, proper adventure!

Stear clear of the third/live rail is the general rule of thumb!

Although the station is dis-used for passenger traffic it is used for training and so the track is still live, just a matter of being very careful.
