Hi guys/gals, this is my first report, so go easy on me.

First off, i was quite disappointed with how far i actually managed to get at the college, as far as i can see, its pretty well locked up now. Kind of understandable really considering how "well" its been chavved! Every time i managed to get in somewhere, i was met with a secured door at the other side of the room! :(
I did bump into a few seemingly friendly stoners that were enjoying an afternoons smoke and cuppa from a flask, and they informed me that theyd been scoping the place out for a way to get in for some time, and that some of the ways in had been closed just this morning. Fail.

Anyway, I won't go into the history of the place, as there have been a fair few previous reports done, so on with the photos:

Not only have the chavs had their way, but the arsonists appear to have been in as well:

And lastly, a shot of the rear of the tower block, pretty well wrecked:

And thats it, i only had a limited amount of time to spend exploring, and i spent most of it looking for a way in! Add to that, the fact it was DAMN cold, and the light was beginning to fade by the time i left. Sorry about the lousy quality photos as well, only got a point-n-shoot camera from the dark ages, and i had to adjust the light levels in Photoshop on a few.

As said, i was a little upset at not being able to get very far, and very disappointed at how badly the place has been vandalised, but i thought it was worth putting up as my first report anyway, got a couple of other sites in mind in the area, so hopefully should put something a bit less wrecked up soon!

Thanks for looking though! :D

That's seen better days, such a shame it's a bit of a mess.
Not a bad first report.

God that has been trashed !! nice report for your first, hope you enjoyed it, look forward to seeing more from you

Thanks for your comments guys, yeah it was a good mooch tbf, especially having been a student there before it closed. Shame i couldnt have got a bit further in the tower block, most of my classrooms were in there, and that was where i had my heart set on getting, but it just wasnt possible in the end.

Must say though, got a real buzz from it, and as i said in my report, got a few other places around the sussex area in my sights, definately got the Urbex bug! Hopefully might even get a chance to meet up with some of you from here for a 'splore sometime! :)

EDIT: Been a long time lurker on this forum, but something got into my head today, and i just went with it! Might become a bit more active now, usually just look at the pics, hence the low post count ;)

Head back there at some point in the future, you never know what access points will have been opened up. As you can see its a hotspot for vandals, so chances are another entry will be made at some point.
You may just make it to your old classrooms ;)
That first fuse board looks brand new lol

Might just do that as ive now got a much better camera. My only issue is exactly what you said.....its a hotspot for vandals. No matter if/when i go back, and what access has been opened up if/when i do, its still gonna be completely trashed. Such a sad waste of what was once such an iconic building in Hastings.
