    Default A dogs life?

This is my first entry. I like photography and i like snooping around, so this is a great site for me!

This is a derelict bording kennel. I sure as hell wouldn't have wanted my dogs staying there. It's grim. Very grim. I haven't taken that many pictures considering it's probably about a 4/5 acre site and you can't really appreciate how poor the conditions must have been for the poor animals.

There is one out building with a really high roof and a hatch about 20 feet up in the air. I'd love to get up there at some stage.

You gotta get up to that hatch - might be all sorts of goodies up there :)
Why go through a door when there's a perfectly good window?

About us
DerelictPlaces is a forum for people with an interest in the history and documentation of disused, derelict and abandoned buildings to come together and share their experiences, photography and historical findings. Our military, industrial and historical heritage is fast disappearing under the pressure of regeneration, the need for new housing, and often through simple neglect; Our aim is to document these places before they disappear entirely.
