Post Sheffield Crown Courts B&W - September 2013

Sheffield Crown Courts - September 2013

A scoot back over to Sheffield to re-visit the Crown Courts and George Barnsleys again as I really wanted to have a bash at shooting them both black and white. Origional report in colour from Feb with history is here https://www.derelictplaces.co.uk/main...8#.UiN8hz-KQ7w

Spot on morning with excellent company... OM-D & 35mm.

    Cheers for looking....

Stunning. Probably the best I've seen of the place so far. Usually when I see in "B&W" in reports I often think, well it was mainly a salvage job because the colour set weren't so great, but not in this case. I couldn't imagine the atmosphere you've captured in these pictures being any better in colour.

About us
DerelictPlaces is a forum for people with an interest in the history and documentation of disused, derelict and abandoned buildings to come together and share their experiences, photography and historical findings. Our military, industrial and historical heritage is fast disappearing under the pressure of regeneration, the need for new housing, and often through simple neglect; Our aim is to document these places before they disappear entirely.
