After being picked up by 3 non-forumers in the morning, we headed south to this place. After finding out our original access point wasn't so accessible anymore, we searched for another one and fairly soon, we were in!

After thinking we'd seen a PIR (it wasn't one in the end), we soon began looking around with caution.

You all know the history of this place so I'll just get on with the photos...

We felt really uneasy in this corridor, almost like we were unwelcome and unwanted. After discovering a room with a door that was carpeted inside and out, we went to a different part sharpish!
It probably didn't help that we knew the history and what went on here.

Thanks for looking :)

Nice pics, its funny what you said about that corridor. When me and a mate were here we went in a room off that corridor and when we came out we shut the door behind us, then as we started to walk away there was the noise of something scratching on the inside of the door, kinda like a dog or cat wanting to be let out of a room. It was loud enough that we both jumped. I walked back up to the door and the noise was still coming from inside even though we had just been in there and it was 100% empty. I wish i had gone back in now to satisfy my curiosity but instead we shit ourselves and got outta there pronto!

Hi

I stay in South Africa and I would like to know if you could give me some history on this manor.

It would be greatly appreciated

Only just seen these replies. Thank you all :)

We inspected the carpeted door and found there wasn't a door handle, and so it would've been very hard to get out again once that door was shut. It just didn't feel right at all. None of us (there were 4) wanted to cross the threshhold and it got more and more creepy the longer we were there
Just like yourselves, we left pretty sharpish too

Amazing photos, the part about feeling uneasy in the corridor makes me want to drive down and visit the place. I love the pic in the green corridor. Just amazing. Great work.
You should! It gives you the heebyjeebees haha.

Thank you very much! I've been messing around in photoshop a bit more.
