The history of this building has been well documented here and elsewhere, so I wont waste too much time on it.
It has lain empty since a fire in 1997 and is rapidly being reclaimed by nature.
Many of the remaining floors have collapsed and the whole place is now quite dangerous, as I can verify having fallen out through a door along with some of the floor I was standing on. (Mrs tumble1 who was with me but staying outside, rushed round to where I was now lying and exclaimed "My god, is the camera ok?" )
I was then forbidden from scaling the fire escape at the side of the house, (Worried about the camera again.)
Before my mishap, I bravely or stupidly made my way into what was left of the owners accomodation on the lower ground floor, much has gone although the bathroom and a childs room remains. (Tidier than my eldests I noted).
