Went on a bit of a recce today with a fellow photographer, and a lovely young lady :) We went back up to Hilltop. But unfortunately it has been boarded back up. And very well indeed! So we couldn't get in. Took a few exterior shots though :)

We'll try our best to get access and do a proper report in the future :)

Externally it isn't the most exciting place. I've had a look around inside a long time ago though, before they boarded it up properly. It's very dismal inside. The rooms the residents stayed in are horrible. Little more than cells really. The service tunnels underneath it are fantastic! I'd be more interested in getting in there than the building!

Oooh, it was opened the day before I was born :)

P.S. I deleted some posts, no discussing possibilities of breaking and entering nor maligning other forums please. Those are two out of the three very simple rules on this site :)

As you said, not all that exciting, but you've taken some excellent pics of the place though. Be interesting to see the service tunnels if you get a chance to look inside again. :D
