Happy New Year!

What a way to kick 2016 off, than with an impromptu trip to Birmingham with a couple of non-members for the night. After surviving public transport (just) up to Oxford to meet a friend we were on the road to Birmingham. Obviously first port of call after arriving was a late night maccies, and after that we set off for our first place. "it's just down the road" my mate said, "it's definitely walkable" yeah no worries buddy.. half hour later and we finally made it. the monumental task of 25 flights of stairs preceded me, and it's safe to say i was fooked by the time i reached the top! It was definitely worth it though, the view was stunning. and what better way to enjoy it than sat on the top with a can of beer:D

There's not much history on this place that's worth mentioning - i believe it used to be full of offices, but is now in the process of being turned into uni accommodation.

Kept this short and sweet, didn't really take too many pictures but thought it was worthy of a little share.
