I can't find much information on this. Over the last 15-20 years, these two buildings have been an on/off construction project. I can only assume the company keeps running out of money. They have 'Pipi Bros' written on the side, and that's the only information I have to start from.
Pipi Brothers are a printing and packging company on Belgrave Road, Leicester.
