We've had our eyes on these trains for a while and attempted it back in 2016, so after we found out it was doable, we went quickly, in order to see as much as possible.



Train Carriages



Not really sure on the history as technically, the site isn't abandoned. There are disused trains mixed with active ones, only stationary temporarily for maintenance purposes.



It took a little while to find an entry point, but with some common sense it worked out quite well, and we could begin our exploration.

Thank you for that, it brought memories from the 60s and early 70s. I used to travel up to London from Kent in one of the corridor trains,the sliding doors and the windows to the corridor were provided with blinds to give privacy,what fun we had with the girls back then:sentimental:
