Hi! I haven't been here for ages but I finally got to explore again.

Some history:
John Lowe owned a puppy farm and cottage in Farnham. He had guns which were confiscated after he threatened someone and they were returned to him seven months before he committed double murder. He shot his wife, Christine Lee, 66, and daughter, Lucy Lee, 40, with a shotgun. He shot Christine in the living room, and Lucy was found on the steps at the back of the house.

Our explore:
We decided to explore a few places. Keepers Cottage Stud was our first explore. We found a car park not too far away and parked, then walked through the woods to get to the house rather than walking along a main road. When we got there, we decided to look at the kennels/other animal enclosures before going inside- sadly none of us remembered to take pictures of this part.

This is one of the views we got. Both of the vans are still there. In some of the kennels were dog bowls, and one of the bins was full of dog food tins which we found kinda eerie, just realising how many dogs must have been there.

An overall view of the house. The conservatory part had a bottle of something, and one of our group spilt it on their sleeve and hand, so their jumper went straight in the bin and their hands were washed intensely ASAP. It smelt so bad we were almost gagging. We still haven't figured out what on earth that was.

We're not actually certain on this, but we believe it may be blood. It was in what we think was the living room, which is where John shot Christine. We thought it might be rust, originally, but then one of our group pointed out how far it is in relation to the radiator, and that's the only thing that would rust, so we've come to a conclusion that it's blood.

Sorry about the poor quality of that one, it was taken on a phone.

Sadly we didn't get any more pictures but I wish we did. Definitely worth exploring, although there are a lot of needles, so be careful of those.

I'm hoping I'll be able to go back soon, and I'm going out to some new places soon.

SpookyJim.

It’s not blood, it’s a leak in the radiator that caused that stain.

Ah, I must’ve read that post wrong cause I thought it said to post the links. To be fair I was writing it at 1AM last night but I’ll sort that out later on when I get a chance :)

For imgur, go into images and select this album from the drop down menu, change thumbnail size to the biggest, copy and paste the linked bb code for each image in to your report, the image will display when you preview/submit the report.

I wouldn't suggest getting a job in forensics any time soon! Classic case of heating left on in a vacant house and radiator developing a pinhole leak due to part of bottom joint rusting out. Leak eventually seals its self up due to crud in the system and the wet patch starts to dry out nearest the warm radiator first - leaving the classic wet/damp stain in the middle of the room. I actually spent 30 plus years in Forensics and actually examined many blood stained and blood contaminated scenes, and they don't look at all like that!

Aha, to be honest i was doubtful but somehow my aunt's boyfriend convinced me. Thanks for the clarification though! At least you know what you're talking about

Any chance you can edit the post to actually include the pics? :)

I visited a year ago and was under the impression the place was about to developed soon after..obviously not then!
