Default Miscellaneous sites, Co.Antrim, Northern Ireland, January 2019

This is a bit of a footnote/round-up of places leftover from my recent visit to Co.Antrim that didnít really merit a report.

    1. Former Stables, near Downhill Demesne, Castle Rock

Perhaps should have given this place a proper look over as it may have merited a full report. Bit pushed for time though.

Just around the corner from this National Trust Ďmanagedí ruin:

    2. Old Mill, near Killlwaughter

Spotted this place on the way back from looking at the near-by ruined castle:

Added to the troublesome times that Ireland suffered in its past, I see it's suffering just like the rest of the UK is.
    Full of meaty goodness.

About us
DerelictPlaces is a forum for people with an interest in the history and documentation of disused, derelict and abandoned buildings to come together and share their experiences, photography and historical findings. Our military, industrial and historical heritage is fast disappearing under the pressure of regeneration, the need for new housing, and often through simple neglect; Our aim is to document these places before they disappear entirely.
