after the sun came out i jumped in the car to see the aircraft museum. when id finished there i popped in next door for a look around the Coventry Railway Centre, got talking to the bloke who runs it with others
and there are having a really bad time with vandals etc smashing the place up stealing the copper wire.

nice one
any idea what " we sustain " means? looking on your link i think its a military coat of arms.

Think the one with the badge was from Marchwood Military Railway is i remember correctly. Not been here for ages, nice one

the other wooden building was little bowden station.

the signal box is in poor condition as the people that put it there sat it on stones
not on a concrete base. so its sucking up the water into the wood.

Pity as I have seen signal boxes that are supposed to be good but a closer look shows the lack of repair and maintenance
