This was one last bonus explore on my pretty epic trip to Hong Kong. We were driving back to my sister-in-law's house when we were going through Kam Tin along the Kam Sheung Road and I spotted this place. "Quick stop Gordi" I shouted to my brother-in-law who was driving. The place in question was an abandoned retirement complex. A hole in the fence was spotted and I was in. No history about this place whatsoever. So straight on with the pictures...

Oooo..this looks interesting!

I spy a hole!

At first the undergrowth is dense:

But there's houses in there:

...amongst the foliage:

And on to the row of flats:

Inside the flats it's a mess:

Dusty wooden furniture:

Rusting bed-frames:

Some are completely crammed with stuff the former residents just left behind:

As nature knows on the door of these former pensioner flats:

Some of the furniture is well-carved:

Other furniture is of lesser merit:

Obligatory rotting chair shot:

...and moldy mattress shot:

Can't read the date on these newspaper sheets at one of the houses windowns:

OK. That's it. That's all of my HK reports done now. We've had abandoned mansions, Ghost Towns, retirement complex's, observation posts etc etc. Hope you've enjoyed them and not got too bored. Definitely recommend HK to you all. There is a lot of urbexing to be done. Plenty left for me to explore next time I go...thanks for looking!

No I couldn't understand the writing either but the pictures weren't bad, Thanks very much for sharing your Eastern exploring. Stay Safe.
