Nearly done with my Italian reports. Again this is nothing particularly exciting but typical of what you will find all over this region. With less and less people farming and rural areas undergoing depopulation, there are abandoned farms and farm buildings all over the place.

This farm had been abandoned for some time and was effectively in a wood, a bit like the nearby Villa Vanier ((here) and the 'Little Church in the Woods' (here). In fact the abandonment of farms in the area like this one probably led to the 'Little Church in the Woods" becoming surplus to requirements.

Anyhow, enough waffling on. Here's the pictures:

Love the idea of wandering around and finding abandoned farms, the trough was a bit nice, most enjoyable, Thanks
