This was a completely chance explore. Driving down the A13 from Pauda towards Bologna we got off the motorway to check out Battaglia Terme and this place loomed up to the left of the road shortly after leaving the 'A' road so it seemed rude not to check the place out. Very little info on the net but Google Earth from December 2011 shows the place already abandoned. Very easy access - this large former motel has been completely stripped of all fixtures and fittings. Hence nothing of note on the inside but a few reasonable snaps mean it merits a report.

I'd deem the explor worthwhile just for that shot, stick it in a art exhibition it would sell, never ceases to surprise me, what even a concrete carcass can offer, Loved It, Thanks
