Saw this 3 odd years ago & as it is with French houses you can never tell if it's a badly maintained holiday home or actually derelict. Well this time it had a hand written "for sale" sign on it so using that as cover I cheekily wandered up to the front to see.........

The last shot shows the door to the cellar - the rickety stairs are above it and the cellar was flooded which is why I didn't go up those stairs. Bad enough to have them collapse & dump me into the cellar but to then drown......nah not worth it.
