Abandoned Beach Resort, Koh Samui, Thailand.

About one mile South of Shiva Samui beach resort lies this abandoned resort of wooden chalets and pathways now completely overgrown by jungle. Watch out for snakes and scorpions. Lots of mosquitoes but an odd place worth a cursory look .

Nature soon reclaims that which it has lost.

Snakes, scorpions and mosquitoes huh? I think if I go to Thailand for holidays I'll be on a beach eating delicious Thai food or discovering a Wat. But these chalets look not too bad condition, with a good clean-up and some repair work they could make a decent holiday chalet. It has its own beach as well and not forgetting snakes, scorpions and lots of mosquitoes. Nice photos.
