Let's kick off the 2018 euro trip reports with this place. You will have all seen it and I'm not too sure of the history but nonetheless it was a good stop off for 20 mins or so whilst on the way to another site.

Those spiral stairs are very unique, tiled like a bathroom.
 
That's a nice chateau, I was thinking that the staircase is missing the handrail but I think its meant to be that way. Well worth a renovation and would make a nice little holiday home in France.

I forget the architect's name; but he was well known for only putting the handrail on the outside wall of his 'statement' spiral flights of stairs and making the inner balustrades really stand
 
Awesome mate, that staircase :) The woodwork on the banisters on the second staircase are nice also.
