There’s lots of history on the web about Teupitz Hospital. It’s what you’d expect from a hospital off its size in its location. Originally an asylum, was a military hospital during WW2, taken over by the soviets until September 1994, etc.
It does still retain a large ‘live’ presence with a lot of buildings very much in use. We parked near one very scary looking live building, I’ve never seen security like it. Whoever is in there, they do not want getting out. Luckily with of security giving all their attention to the live patients, I was free to roam the derelict parts.

Thanks for looking.

Epilogue: This place has the honour of giving my last scar. I was doing a comedy multiplicity shot in some square tiled baths, I stumbled (rushing for the 10 sec timer) and skinned my shin. It’s never grown back!

Thought you’d packed it up

The cheek! :p
Life has got in the way the last couple of years (working two jobs, toddler, etc.) I've just about had time for a few explores, but no time to stick them up here! But I'm def back for a bit!

Not a post for ages and now two in a week.great stuff matey

Must Dmit one of the more interesting ones. Been all the way up the tower that had some great views. Including the live section right at the bottom but also the underground tunnels to the items and bits left behind

Looks good, and the architecture is (unsurprisingly) a bit reminiscent of Beelitz.
