At the seaside of Tuscay, Italy i noticed these abandoned buildings when i drove by.
Its an abandoned hotel with swimming pool, i guess build in the 1930's.
Some buildings which belongs to it are going to be restored/rebuild to make fancy expensive appartments with view at the sea from it.
