Not far from my own town Martino ( http://www.flickr.com/photos/martino_) and myselve discovered this empty seminary.
Christus Koning (King Christus) is build in 1930.
It was a small seminary, where boys from 11 years old followed their basic education.
The lessons took the first 3 years of the 6 f the seminary-classes.
In fact, mostly 4 years, because many students needed a preperation year
After the 3th class the students moved to the Juvenaat in Bergen op Zoom.
In the 50's the school counted 160 occupants, including 30 priests.
After the seminary it was also in use as a scholl and after that as a centre for asylum seekers.
After that the building left abandoned and there are plans to reconvert it in to a youth centre.
