Maybe one of the first factories that get bankrupt because of the recession.

Started in 1865 they made ribbon for all sorts of applications and shoe-laces.

Due to competition of the cheap labourcountries it had to fight for decades to survive.
In 1987 they had to fire personell and moved to a smaller location.
Just before christmas evening 2008 it was too late..... bankrupt!

Most machines are old... very old...but they did their job for all these years.

Now the whole estate is sold and this factory ends as history....
