Hi Everyone!
I've been following this forum for a long time now, and at last i've finally had chance to do some exploring of my own!
Apologies if this is a bit hit and miss as it's my first post!
Day began with me and my friend wandering up to Cwm coke works, plan changed however so we e decided to visit this place instead.
So, some history on the place ..
From what i've researched, this location was one of the various sites dotted about the UK that was part of the Forensic science service. It served as a massive benefactor to the local police departments during it's activity, and was in operation between 1997 and 2010.
Due to huge losses across the site and many others, it was announced that the site would be closed on the 1/1/2010.
It's now been seven and a half years, so as you can imagine, it's hanging.

I've never experienced anything like this before. Such a strange feeling of absolute nothingness and destruction.

First room we entered, the whole place is a ruin.

Literally everything has been ripped apart, nothing we found was untouched sadly.

So much more i've taken photo's of as the place is massive! Didn't explore the warehouse unfortunately, but i've been told that's pretty bland. Either way, very enjoyable and interesting!
