Hi All

Not long returned from a quick visit to the ruins of St Marys of Tivetshall St Mary located in deepest darkest south Norfolk! I've known about the place for some time but never spent much time trying to get any decent shots of the place. Unfortunately few interesting architectural features remain as they were later used in the nearby church of St Margaret.

Earliest parts of the building are dated from the late 11th century, a typical Norfolk medieval country church now in ruins.

Some really nice shots here. I will visit the place later this year.

Passing through Tivetshall this afternoon and couldn't help look in on my old friend and take a few more pics, not great light and fear I have gone overkill on the Picasa!!

Eitherway, great place to walk around and pretend to be an amature photographer!!! ;o)
