Not much history on this highly decorated church. It was probably built in the 1860s and has been closed for the last decade.

Today the church is used for occasional storage, the grand interior hidden behind bags of bric a brac and racks. A very sad mundane use for a building that was once the heart of the local community.

I haven’t posted any externals of this place protect it from the usual metal monkeys.

As always, thanks for looking

That is an old Catholic church, surprised there is so much left, do like the photos.

Sometimes the Catholic Church "mothballs" a church when its fate has not yet been decided. This could be for several reasons, including a possibility of reopening, or repurposing the building, or even just holding on to it until the market is healthier. Typically when this happens the church isn't completely stripped, although anything moveable is fair game for being used elsewhere, and an eye is kept on it. That could be the story here.
