I visited this location whilst the majority of the public were being entertained by the fireworks yesterday. I think this is actually open to the public, because many police cars drove past this as i was entering, that and its gates are open.
After waiting what seemed like hours for a gap in the traffic, i headed across the road and into the church. There is not much inside however the skeleton of the old church that was hit by an incendiary bomb in world war 2 in the dark is well complemented as a memorial by the lighting that has been fitted to the grounds.
The tower is locked off and is not possible to access, which is slightly disappointing however the visit was well worth missing the fireworks.

Although the photos below may look like they have been edited, they have not been and the effects are produced by the church lighting.






In my opinion this photo was slightly ruined by the staples sign in one of the windows on the left :(
