The church of our light...Norfolk.

i had seen a picture of this church online,and really wanted to see it,so a quick search on google and Google Earth.i located it,thank god for the Internet,so a drive through a massive estate with deer running wild.anyway I eventually found it tucked away in an overgrown corner,when I first approached it,the place took my breath away.four large columns at the front and the place looked just like a temple..built in 1769 and redundant since the 80's the place is still maintained by the estate,but is now looking tired.

A great example of a Roman influenced Chapel, obviously once a very, very rich estate.

It's a massive sprawling estate..the house was gutted by fire and laid derelict for one hundred years and it's now been rebuilt into apartments.and for quite tastefully too.but was surprised because I expected the house to be bigger.

Maybe they spent all the money on the place of worship?! Either way it's lovely, thanks for posting it.

Superb pictures. Poor Henry Taylor, he sadly passed away at only 22 years old. I like the shot through the candle holders.
