Gave this redundant church another look at the weekend.its grade one listed having been listed in 1962,it's now under the care of the churches conservation trust.sadly it's not in a good way.water looks like it is seeping in on the floor and the beautifyl ceiling is looking a bit worn now..it's still a beautiful church though.it dates back to the rhirteenth century.it go got restored in the early nineteenth century but suffered vandalism and decay after it shut in the sixties.

That is a beautiful place and perfectly captured. You got some great shots there, really liked that. Cheers!
 
Fab vaulted ceiling...proper neck buster that shot! (unless you have an articulated LCD, I haven't lol) and the organ shot love it, feels like you cud just reach out and twinkle the keys...except I can't play:rolleyes:
