Garth Presbyterian Church, Porthmadog, North Wales – May 2017

After a lovely early morning on the second day of our North Wales Road Trip, Mookster and myself recced many places around Caenarfon which didn’t really lead to any success sadly. Finally, we got into this absolutely gorgeous Presbyterian Church in Porthmadog, which had sadly undergone vast stripping, and nothing of the pews remained.

This was a real shame as it was a proper stunner in there; though I still really, really liked what was left behind!

At least they are saving the woodwork, from the first pic it seems to be in good nick, is it destined to become flats? I liked it, Thanks Landie

At least they're trying to salvage what they can. Nicely captured Landie_Man!

Oh I'm gutted for you guys, I know how it feels to turn up and find a place half stripped...I wanted to see that place too:frown:

Well at least you made it there, better than me! Still you have got some lovely shots of the place, great ceiling, hopefully most of the wood is salvageable.

Thanks for the update of the building:encouragement:
