Visited this place after dropping the girlfriend off at the airport.this was a former reading room for the local parish.built in the late nineteenth century at a rough cost off £163 10s..it was used by the locals to escape and read books and newspapers.i think later with some games I found it may have been used as a small community centre.i really enjoyed my visit here after randomly coming across it doing some research.even though it's only one room and a kitchen and a toilet the colours were nice.prob a weekend afternoon on a hot day was not the best time to go with lots of people about.

Bloody hell they sure have cleaned this up. Must of took someone ages arranging all those chairs, where has the singer and white net curtains gone looks so much different than when Rubex posted it. Nice to see it pop up again tho.

Looks like somewhere you can go to chill out and have a natter with your friends over a cup of tea. The place is looking good except for a spot of paint.

That is really nice. Decay is setting in well, I'd like to see this again in a few years time, hopefully still without chav influence. Nice work.
