To a cacophony of doors banging in the wind and fire alarms going off inside I slinked my way into the convent building

Although it is fairly stripped inside, there are some nice details left

The access door into the chapel is locked solid, but you can get a reasonable view from a small balcony

Lack of maintenance is starting to take its toll, with damp and fungus appearing in places.

Door handle is lined with very soft leather.:)
My first proper explore with my new camera, so some of the pics are a bit iffy...

I wish I could have got inside the chapel. Just need to make a rope ladder.:mrgreen:
There were no skips of goodies, looked pretty peaceful actually
