The history of this vast mansion and gardens deep in the woods outside Beaumaris has been mentioned several times on these forums already, so straight over to the photos from a recent visit:

Superb photos. Really enjoyed seeing the whole set. It's amazing how many of the delicate bits...decorative plasterwork, tiles, beading and battens, etc...have remained. Lovely stuff. :)
 
I really enjoyed seeing these photos and the full set on flickr. This place has been on my wishlist for ages so it's great to see some recent pictures. I'll definitely seek it out whenever I manage a Wales trip!
It's a beautiful old house, and I always love it when you've got a long walk to get to it through it's old estate. Thanks for linking those old pictures on RCAHMW. A great report!
