Being built by Sir Henry Carew back in the day... it was used as a Country residence for Henry VIII he used to go hunting on the surounding land, also Ann Boylin travled from here to Nonsuch Palace when she famously found a spring after her horse kicked a stone this spring is now called Ann Boylin's Spring (funny that) it is Now a big School For children With special needs which is a darn site better than Flats... unfortuanatley we blew a tire on ariving so we did not get a chance but i hear you can get onto the roof and have a wonderful view of London.

I know this place is not derelict but it is about a mile from my house and i thought people would like to know about it
