    Default nice plums mr wicksteed

well me and the good lady went a foraging today to see the remains of where the grandaddy of playgrounds once lived mr charles wicksteed we dont live far from the site and as you can see they have started to knock down part of the back end,its very overgrown and a lot of the surrounding buildings are already down and the main house is locked down tight so its a shame we couldnt get to show you the inside ,but i believe some others on here have been in before ,,anyways heres some outdoor shots and one of some nice plums which are being made into jam as we speak
    ,,,,,,,
we will start venturing further afield soon promise

About us
DerelictPlaces is a forum for people with an interest in the history and documentation of disused, derelict and abandoned buildings to come together and share their experiences, photography and historical findings. Our military, industrial and historical heritage is fast disappearing under the pressure of regeneration, the need for new housing, and often through simple neglect; Our aim is to document these places before they disappear entirely.
