Manor Houses / Derphouses have been the flavour of the summer and are certainly one of my favourite Derps,
This little place came onto my radar during the summery months and wasn't really that far to run out to, so we set out on what ended up being the most glorious evening of the whole summer, and had a quick look!
No history really on the place at all, it has recently been sold at auction. An elderly lady had been living in it until about October time when she passed away.. Shocking really considering the state of the place in some rooms, and the evidence she had had people visitng that she had lived there so long!
It didn't have much of the personal effects / artefacts that some of the other "manors" have had, but it still retained alot of cahrm (and had a wardrobe full of the most fantastic wallpaper!)
A good explore non the less, and a happy evening!
