Frog Manor Revisit Oct 13

Well this is a report with a twist frog manor has been fully refurbished and spent less than 24 hours on the market before it was snapped up by a cash buyer for 1.7 million !
the history is rather little on this place frog manor got its name from two of the forum members Shot in the dark and UE-omj who found frogs in the basement!

Just a question to those that explored it a ground worker was in the basement when his hi-viz was pulled up from the back over his head he was the only person down there and swears blind it was something paranormal i felt very uneasy in the basement on my first visit in 2012 but nothing like that happened to me did anyone else feel uneasy in the basement or any other part of the house?

JUST AS A NOTE THIS IS NOW A LIVED IN FAMILY HOME MY DAD WORKS FOR THE COMPANY THAT DONE ALL OF THE WORK I GOT IN WITH PERMISSION SO PLEASE NO VISITS FROM ANYONE LOOKING TO EXPLORE IT

Brilliant before and afters

good work bud. it is good to see it saved, especially as even though it was pretty much empty when we went, there was no vandalism. good to see one where no scummers got in and had their way.

Great stuff! We all now want to buy derps even more than we did before!

I was alone in the basement for ages trying to rescue the frogs from a very deep hole - I was laying with my head down the hole trying not to fall in head first. (Must have been an amusing sight!). But I didn't feel anything unusual down there the entire time.

i felt un easy in the house but it was my first house explore so it was that i guess!!!

Always good to here that a building gets saved. Such a shame about the fish wallpaper that would have been such a feature to the house and I think it might have added value too.
