Default Overstone House Market Harborough - August 14

Went here a few weeks ago and have only just got round to up loading the pics today life's been that busy. Any way me and and a friend drove over to market harborough to have a mooch round this seems the thieves and vandals have had their ways with it and completely vandalized it :( its reminds me so much of pemberton house farm (latvian consulate) in so many ways both big wealthy homes built/renovated in the same era. Not a lot of history but now its owned by a builder now and is going to be knocked down and the surrounding lands turned in to a small housing estate. found this on the council website,

About us
DerelictPlaces is a forum for people with an interest in the history and documentation of disused, derelict and abandoned buildings to come together and share their experiences, photography and historical findings. Our military, industrial and historical heritage is fast disappearing under the pressure of regeneration, the need for new housing, and often through simple neglect; Our aim is to document these places before they disappear entirely.
